Over the past three decades, Marion Avenue Baptist Church has supported many mission works throughout the world. Throughout this time Marion Avenue Baptist has maintained a heart for the world-wide work of God. Marion Avenue Baptist currently supports more than 70 missionaries who are taking the gospel of Christ throughout the world. These missionaries are supported through and sent by local independent Baptist churches. The members of Marion Avenue Baptist have made the financial support of global evangelization a high priority, and the church’s missions budget is a very vital part of our church. In the past thirty-five years, Marion Avenue has sent out many of their own members into the mission field. Our Pastor’s own sister and brother-in-law are missionaries to Tanzania, East Africa.
